Return Policy

We cannot accept shipped returns without prior authorization through Customer Care

  • Return period: You can return any Lushish product purchased online within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Return requirements: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging in resalable condition. You must also provide your original receipt.

  • Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned bath bomb.

  • Exchanges: If you choose to exchange your bath bomb, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new bath bomb to you.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

  • The refund policy does not apply to bath bombs that have been used or damaged.

  • The refund policy does not apply to sale items.

  • The refund policy does not apply to bath bombs that were purchased through a third-party retailer.

 

How to Return a Product
​

To return a product, you can follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service to request a return authorization number.

  2. Package the bath bomb securely in its original packaging.

  3. Include your return authorization number and your original receipt in the package.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by Customer Service.
